The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact. You'll ensure successful delivery, deepen relationships, and uncover expansion opportunities across your book of business.
What You'll Do
- Own client relationships from onboarding through long-term partnership
- Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Align Sych's services to each client's business goals and track outcomes
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to keep projects on track
- Manage renewals and commercial negotiations in partnership with leadership
- Surface client feedback to improve delivery and service quality
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years in account management, client success, or consultative sales — preferably in tech or professional services
- Strong commercial instincts; comfortable navigating renewals and expansions
- Able to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Genuine interest in AI and how it creates business value
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
