Account Manager

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact. You'll ensure successful delivery, deepen relationships, and uncover expansion opportunities across your book of business.


What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships from onboarding through long-term partnership
  • Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Align Sych's services to each client's business goals and track outcomes
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to keep projects on track
  • Manage renewals and commercial negotiations in partnership with leadership
  • Surface client feedback to improve delivery and service quality

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years in account management, client success, or consultative sales — preferably in tech or professional services
  • Strong commercial instincts; comfortable navigating renewals and expansions
  • Able to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it creates business value
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
